Weight is one of the major concerns when it comes to buying new clothes, or choosing a dress for the party or changing your wardrobe. The first and foremost thing that comes to almost everyone’s mind about achieving perfect weight is “DIETING”. Yes achieving perfect weight. If you really want your body weigh as much as you wish, you have to get losing weight out of your mind. The reason being when you concentrate on losing weight you will attract losing more weight, though you want to attain proper weight?
The other thing is dieting. No doubt diet is critical to provide nourishment to our body but one thing we lack understanding is that diet provides the nourishment only in the way we think it would provide. That is even if you are taking a healthy diet or the diet prescribed by the dietician but thinking thoughts of not achieving the proper weight or thinking it’s not working, that diet would really not work out. This is what I love to call “Fatty Thoughts”. So keep those fatty thoughts out of mind and taste and eat everything you relish.
There are evidences in our day to day experiences that same diets affect different people in different ways. It’s all because of the differences in their thoughts. We do have heard many people saying “I can’t eat this, I will put on more wait, and already I am so fat”. These words might have slipped through your tongue as well? If yes, then shout out loud “I am achieving perfect weight now, I can eat whatever I have taste for” and start relishing the dishes you have been desperately wanting to ingest.
Imagine yourself the way you would look once you have achieved perfect weight for your body. Start shopping for the clothes you would wear after achieving your desirable figure. Just talk, walk and eat the way you would once you have attained that perfect body. Choose your thoughts to be of perfect weight and believe you can and then just feel good as if you have already succeeded in your goal.
The same principle applies for those who want to gain weight. Go shop for the clothes but this time one size bigger than the one you used to wear. As you and your thoughts need to say “I have gained weight so I need to wear clothes of bigger size now”. Believe it is possible. Feel gaining mass on your arms, legs and different parts of the body. And above all just feel good; feel happy for your new figure.
